Orlando Area Timeshare Property Hires The Timeshare Crusader To Educate Employees

Celebration World Resort is pleased to announce that they have hired Lisa Ann Schreier, The Timeshare Crusader, to conduct a four-week timeshare training session for its employees.

“We’ve been aware of Lisa’s status as a consumer educator as well as a catalyst for positive change within the industry for some time now, and thought she would be the perfect person to “bring it all together” for our employees”, said Donna Dampier, Vice President of Operations at Celebration World Resort.

In addition to being a “Timeshare 101 Primer” for those employees with a non-timeshare background, the four-week sessions are designed for all employees to know more about other departments as well as how they fit into the overall picture for both clients and RCI.  “I’m delighted that the resort saw the need for this training and I’m confident that the results will show up in both higher productivity and higher RCI scores,” says Ms. Schreier.

The sessions, each no more than 30 minutes, were offered three times a week to allow everyone to attend.  The modules concentrated on; Timeshare Basics, Sales/Marketing, Departmental Overviews and Putting It All Together.  Mary Tardiff, Celebration’s Human Resource Manager adds that, “the materials that Lisa compiled and wrote will be part of every employee’s orientation going forward.”

Ms. Schreier is in a unique position to develop this training.  A former timeshare salesperson turned consumer advocate, she is the author of “Surviving A Timeshare Presentation…Confessions From The Sales Table” and “Timeshare Vacations For Dummies” in addition to being the co-author of the college level textbook “Timeshare Management-The Key Issues For Hospitality Managers.
