Timeshare owners and vacationers will find dramatic upgrades and 40 new rooms at Oyster Bay Beach Resort this vacation season. The additional units, which can be combined into 20 two-bedroom condominium units, offer guests a better travel experience and a higher probability of booking their vacation of choice.

“The new timeshare units will enhance the quality of the resort by allowing more families to enjoy the oceanfront at Oyster Bay,” says Jan Borsje, General Manager of Oyster Bay Beach Resort. “Also, by adding 20% more capacity, it will be easier for owners and Interval International exchangers to get the date and location they want,” he said.

The new four-story timeshare pavilion features flexible room configurations that assemble into efficiency, one- and two-bedroom units. To further improve the owner/guest experience, Oyster Bay added upgrades like granite kitchen and bathroom countertops, spacious tiled showers, new plumbing fixtures and first-class cabinetry. “The units are really quite beautiful and are equal or better than any top-rated hotels in the Caribbean” said Jan. “The view of the Atlantic ocean from the spacious, private balconies is unique and makes the resort a treasure.”

One of the most noticeable improvements to the efficiency units is the added convenience of a full-size kitchen, including a full-size refrigerator, four-top cook stove and ample food preparation areas. The building also has two elevators allowing easy access to all units. Some of the rooms will be specially-equipped for the physically impaired.

Mr. Borsje also announced the opening of an on-site spa with very elegant finishes and an excellent fully-trained staff. Indulgence-By-The-Sea is one of three spas owned and operated in the Caribbean by Angela Martinez, an American who is a graduate of Florida State University.
