Defender Resorts Partners with TimeShareWare for Advanced Technology Platform and Web Services

Myrtle Beach, South Carolina – Defender Resorts, Inc. recently partnered with TimeShareWare to provide its Advanced Technology Platform, including TimeShareWare Professional and other Web Services. The implementation will include eighteen Defender managed associations, beginning with the Maritime Beach Club and Windy Shores II properties.

TimeShareWare Professional, Central, and NET will provide multi-site Property Management, Central Reservations, Owner Servicing, and Accounting, and will enable owner access through the Defender website. Defender also contracted with TimeShareWare for credit card interfaces, recurring owner payments, banking lock box, and TimeShareWare’s Resort4Rent interface to third-party inventory aggregators and GDS systems. In addition, TimeShareWare is migrating core transactional and historical data from Defender’s previous system.
