Published March 25, 2009 Bill Morris, Managing Partner of Mobius Vendor Partners, (Mobius) an Indianapolis-based company that provides business process management has announced that CustomerCount™ an On-Line Feedback System will be available at The Resort Trades’ booth #509 at the 2009 Spring ARDA (American Resort Development Association) Convention, March 30- April 1. CustomerCount will track resorts’ survey experiences, affinity to social networking sites and news and reading habits. Many resorts use the real-time, online system to track three primary components: the customer experience, the sales experience and the vacation experience. The Resort Trades will be using the fully adaptable, customized tracking system to give them feedback on their readers, potential readers and advertisers. “The Resort Trades, The Resort Trades Management and Operations and www.askMANDO.com all cater to the shared ownership industry. We have readers ranging from developers and sales executives to suppliers. CustomerCount is a great way to see who is at the show and what our real-time, trade show demographics are,” said David Kerr, Editor of The Resort Trades. “After the show we’ll place the survey on our web site to track any differences and comparisons.” According to Bill Morris, “CustomerCount is an important tool to help management teams make informed decisions to improve profitability. We custom-designed the system for The Resort Trades so that more people see its flexibility and security.” The online system’s analysis tools will be used by The Trades to craft a follow up article using the data collected. The MVP product was developed as proprietary software for a major MVP client and may now be customized for use by shared ownership resort developments, as well as other businesses. MVP serves as part of the research team for the American Resort Development Association’s International Foundation (AIF), of which Bob Kobek, President of MVP is a board member, and is well known for its strategic business process management for the hospitality and resort industry.
