Online Feedback System To Measure Visitor Responses at ARDA Trade Show

Bill Morris, Managing Partner of  Mobius Vendor Partners, (Mobius) an Indianapolis-based company that provides business process management has announced that  CustomerCount™ an On-Line Feedback System will be available at The Resort Trades’ booth #509 at the 2009 Spring ARDA (American Resort Development Association) Convention, March 30- April 1.

CustomerCount will track resorts’ survey experiences, affinity to social networking sites and news and reading habits. 

Many resorts use the real-time, online system to track three primary components:  the customer experience, the sales experience and the vacation experience.  The Resort Trades will be using the fully adaptable, customized tracking system to give them feedback on their readers, potential readers and advertisers.
