The new owners at Des Moines West KOA Campground & RV Park, Chris & Jamie Rademacher, are excited to announce that the new improvements they made this year didn’t go unnoticed by Woodall’s, Trailer Life, KOA, or their campers.
After purchasing the RV Park at the beginning of 2011, their first goal was to add recreational activities for families and pets that campers have come to expect while camping. They heard phenomenal feedback from their campers after adding two horseshoe courts, two ladder ball courts, a 5,500 sq. ft. dog park, a volleyball court, and organized activities for the kids and adults every weekend, including holiday celebrations, themed weekends and wine tastings.

An added bonus for the adults was the evening weekend wine tasting featuring favorites from local wineries.
